Custom cake ordering procedure

Email us the information  to info@amiabakery.com and include in the email

  1. The picture(s) or description of the desired cake
  2. How many people the cake is to serve
  3. The desired date and time of the event
  4. We will respond to your email within 2 days, if you do not receive a response from us by the end of the 2nd day, you may want to check your spam box.  Otherwise, that means we did not receive your email or you may want to check your spam inbox

You have the following options:

  1. Picture(s) from our facebook page
  2. Picture(s) from other sites
  3. Composed a detailed description of what you are looking for, the information should include but not limited to:
    1. Theme desired
    2. Multi/single tier cake or sheet cake
    3. Fondant, Buttercream or whipped cream design (please make sure the pictures you send correlates to the type of frosting you are selecting)
    4. Any dietary restrictions

To order a custom cake we request that you follow the following process outlined below.  Contact us a minimum of 7-10 days prior to the event via the process detailed below and we will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding your request (if you do not hear from us by the end of the second day, it may mean that we did not receive your email). We may be able to satisfy your order in less time, but that would need to be evaluated on a case by case basis. If the event is a last minute emergency, please state that in the email subject line.

Pricing/Tasting

We will respond by email with the various pricing options for the requested design.  If you would like to proceed after receipt of the email, you may if you wish order your samples via email

  1. We need at least a day’s notice to prepare the samples
  2. Samples are prepared Monday-Thursday and you pick them up after 2pm on those days
  3. The samples are $2.50 each.  They will however be applied towards the cost of your cake if you decide to go forth with us.

Order Confirmation

Once you have decided to proceed with the order, please email us back your desire to move forward.  

  1. We will send you a summary of your order for approval
  2. Once approved you will receive an order number indicating that your order have been processed and is completed
