Basic decorations may vary, based upon products on hand. Most cakes are covered w/a side of cake crumbs, if you want something specific or needs it to be per the description please inform us when making your order so we make sure we are able to accommodate the request

Banana Chocolate – This deliciously moist cake has a layer of moist chocolate cakes and a layer of moist banana cake married together with fresh banana and fresh whipped cream.

Black Forest (available only during cherry season) – Made with fresh cherries frosted and layered with fresh whipped cream between layers of moist blackout chocolate cake.

Chocolate Strawberry – Made with fresh strawberries frosted and layered with fresh whipped cream between layers of moist blackout chocolate cake.

Carrot Cake – This is an instant favorite with our carrot cake lovers. Our house cream cheese sits between layers of carrot cake made of fresh organic carrots, walnuts, Monukka raisins and our secret spices and covered with a light cream cheese frosting.

Chocolate Decadence – This simple cake is a must try for chocolate lovers, layer of rich creamy semi sweet chocolate mousse are layered between layers of moist chocolate cake all covered with a pouring ganache makes for a heavenly cake.

Deep Chocolate – This cake is a chocolate lover’s delight, it’s layers of blackout chocolate cake layered with dark chocolate ganache, with a touch of raspberry preserves and glazed with a rich dark pouring ganache.

Giandiua – Layers of dark chocolate cake filled with rich hazelnut swiss meringue buttercream covered with chocolate ganache.

Amia German Chocolate Cake – Not your traditional German Chocolate Cake, but still delicious. Layers of chocolate cakes dusted with mocha syrup layered and frosted with a toasted coconut and pecan chocolate buttercream. It's a must try for any coconut and chocolate lovers......really.

Guava Mousse – Layers of moist genoise married with layer of Guava mousse and frosted with fresh whipped cream.

Mango Mousse – Layers of mango soaked genoise married with layer of Mango mousse and frosted with fresh whipped cream.

Amia Opera – Our Opera cake consist of Layers of sponge cake, frosted with vanilla buttercream, layer of dark chocolate cake frosted with hazelnut buttercream, layer of sponge cake is then frosted with a thin layer of whipped cream and covered with ganache

Passion Fruit Mousse – Layers of passion fruit soaked genoise married with layer of passion fruit mousse and frosted with fresh whipped cream.

Princess Cake – Genoise cake layered with whipped cream and raspberry preserve on one, whipped cream on another and covered with marzipan. This is a definite must try, very moist and decadent.

Raspberry Chocolate Cream – This was introduced to us by a dear customer of ours, it consists of moist layers of chocolate cake filled with a raspberry preserves, fresh vanilla whipped cream to give a right combination of tartness and sweetness to complement the chocolate cake and frosted with fresh vanilla whipped cream.

Amia Red Velvet – Our Red Velvet is light on the cocoa which allows it to be moist and rich it's then filled with a thin layer of house cream cheese and frosted with our house cream cheese frosting.

Seasonal Fruits and Cream – This cake is made of a moist genoise, whipped cream, seasonal fresh fruits filling and a light whipped cream frosting.

Tira Misu – Genoise cake soaked with a rum (optional) espresso, layered with whipped cocoa Italian mascarpone and finished with cocoa whipped cream.

Tres Leches – This recipe comes to us via our head baker Marco. It's genoise cake soaked with three different types of milk and layered with whipped cream  and frosted with a vanilla whipped cream.

Tropical Torte – Vanilla torte layered with fresh whipped cream, coconut flakes and pineapple and frosted with vanilla whipped cream and toasted coconut
