Custom cake ordering procedure
Basic decorations may vary, based upon products on hand. Most cakes are covered w/a side of cake crumbs, if you want something specific or needs it to be per the description please inform us when making your order so we make sure we are able to accommodate the request
Black Forest (available only during cherry season) – Made with fresh cherries frosted and layered with fresh whipped cream between layers of moist blackout chocolate cake
Chocolate Strawberry – Made with fresh strawberries frosted and layered with fresh whipped cream between layers of moist blackout chocolate cake
Carrot Cake – This is an instant favorite with our carrot cake lovers. Our house cream cheese sits between layers of carrot cake made of fresh carrots, walnuts, raisins and our secret spices and covered with a light cream cheese frosting
Chocolate Decadence – This simple cake is a must try for chocolate lovers, layer of rich creamy semi sweet chocolate mousse layered between layers of moist dark chocolate cake all covered with a pouring ganache makes for a heavenly cake.
Classic Cheesecake – Our cheesecake sits atop a graham cracker crust, made to have a home made taste and look this cake needs to be ordered 3 days in advance
Deep Chocolate – This cake is pure chocolate w/a hint of tartness from the raspberry preserve, it’s layers of blackout chocolate cake married with dark chocolate ganache, with a touch of raspberry preserves and glazed with a rich dark pouring ganache.
Amia’s German Chocolate – Is not your tradition German chocolate cake, layers of chocolate cakes dusted with cocoa syrup layered and frosted with a toasted coconut and pecan chocolate buttercream. It's a must try for any coconut and chocolate lovers.
Giandiua – Layers of dark chocolate cake filled with rich hazelnut buttercream covered with chocolate ganache.
Guava Mango – Layers of mango soaked sponge cake married with layer of Guava mousse and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Mango Mousse – Layers of white cake filled with mango mousse made with mango puree and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Mango Raspberry – Layers of white cake filled with mango buttercream made with mango puree, with a touch of raspberry puree swirls into the buttercream and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Amia’s Opera – This is not your traditional Opera cake, it’s consists of layer of sponge cake, frosted with vanilla buttercream, layer of dark chocolate cake frosted with hazelnut buttercream, then covered with a thin layer of whipped cream and a pouring ganache
Pistachio Honey – Layers of pistachio cake filled with honey mascarpone and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
Princess Cake (comes in limited sizes) – White cake layered with whipped cream and raspberry preserve on one, whipped cream on another and covered with marzipan. This is a definite must try, very moist and decadent.
Raspberry Chocolate Cream – Moist layers of dark chocolate cake filled with a raspberry preserves, fresh vanilla whipped cream to give just a right combination of tartness and sweetness to complement the chocolate cake. This cake is then frosted with fresh vanilla whipped cream.
Seasonal Fruits and Cream – This cake is made of a moist white cake, fresh whipped cream, seasonal fresh fruits and a light whipped cream
Tira Misu – White cake soaked with espresso, layered with whipped Italian cocoa mascarpone and finished with cocoa whipped cream. Rum may be added for an additional charge.
Tropical Torte – White torte layered with pineapple, coconut flakes and fresh whipped cream and frosted with vanilla whipped cream and toasted coconut.
White Chocolate Berry – Fresh seasonal berries are swirled into a white chocolate cream fills the layers of this white cake and frosted with fresh whipped cream.
